Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT where applicable. Availability and booking terms apply.
What is the difference between self-operated and with engineer?
They are two prices for the same session length. Choose self-operated to run the recording yourself, or with engineer to have an engineer run it for you. The engineer price replaces the self-operated price; it is not added on top.
What do the packages include?
Starter: a 90-minute session with an engineer and your raw recordings. Creator: 2 hours with an engineer, a clean edit and 3 captioned clips. Platinum: 3 hours with an engineer, a full edit, 3 clips and a behind-the-scenes montage. Content Day: 8 hours with an engineer, 2 full edits (episodes up to 60 minutes each), 6 clips and a behind-the-scenes montage.
How many revisions are included with editing?
One revision is included with editing. Additional editing is £45 per hour and is only carried out after a separately approved scope.
How quickly is a Platinum edit delivered?
Our editing target for Platinum is within 7 days of receiving all required materials.
Can you film extra behind-the-scenes footage?
The behind-the-scenes montage is made from existing footage. Additional behind-the-scenes filming, or a second operator, is quoted separately.
Is rush delivery available?
Yes, for £95 on top of your editing or content add-ons, subject to availability.
